Gary Gzik is an international presenter, corporate trainer, transformational change agent, consultant, and all-around enthusiastic guy who has been inspiring people and organizations for over 30 years. He is the author of two books: The Orange Popsicle and The Power of RE.
He believes that a business is more than just plans, processes and technology – that it is the people and culture that truly make it great. He is passionate about giving teams and leaders the tools to build strong organizations that are not only profitable, but are raved about by customers and loved by employees. He believes that trust and loyalty are key ingredients to great companies. When you have these, people put in their blood, sweat and tears to make things happen and embrace the company goals as their own.

Paul D Boivin Memorial Award – presented to a young entrepreneur who is blazing the entrepreneurial trail and honouring the late Paul Boivin, mentor and coach extraordinaire.
Immigrant Entrepreneur Award – presented by St Lawrence Rideau Immigration Partnership to a local immigrant entrepreneur who demonstrates key entrepreneurial qualities such as perseverance, versatility and patience.
